Our Delivery Service Representatives are experienced professionals familiar with all our products and available to handle your order, big or small! In calculating charges for delivery & pick-up, we consider several factors, including:

  • The zip code of the destination
  • Order size; larger orders may require additional staff for handling the delivery
  • Requests for delivery inside a building and/or set up of items
  • Delivery or pick-up on Sunday or after 5:00 pm or for a specific time

Before finalizing your order, consult a member of our team. Estimated pricing does not include set up or tear down, special timed deliveries, or deliveries beyond the first floor/dock level.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are unique with each situation. Delivery fees are based on ZIP Code. Additional fees may apply for extended travel outside of Indianapolis. If you require a delivery within a very specific time, an additional “timed delivery” fee will apply. After hours delivery or pickup is an additional charge.

Where will you leave the equipment?

We will deliver and pick up all of our equipment from one location on the property. Please make us aware prior to the delivery of where the items can be placed. An example would be, placing the items on a dock for a business. If we were to encounter any stairs, extended carrying, difficult driving terrain there will be additional charges incurred.

Will you set up the equipment?

Set up of tents are automatically included in pricing. With prior notice, our drivers can set up tables, chairs and other items for an additional fee.
