Dear PTR Customers,
Requesting a quote does not create a reservation. You will be sent an automatic message that we have received your request before an actual quote is sent to you from an associate. The second quote will include taxes and fees, as well as any delivery or labor fees if those services have been requested. Fulfillment of requests are subject to availability. If you do not receive a response within 2 business days please call our office at 317-536-2022. Rental pricing does not include delivery or set-up fees. Please note your full delivery address, including ZIP CODE, when requesting delivery.

Dear Customers,
- Go to the “Shop PTR Rental” menu.
- Navigate to the items you are requesting and set quantity needed.
- Use the “Add to Request List” to create your shopping cart.
- When you have added all of the requested items, navigate back to the Request a Quote page.
- The items you add will appear below on the Request a Quote page.
- Review your list and send using the “Submit” button.
- We will contact you via email to confirm your reservation, including scheduling and costs.
If you do not see your selected items below, please click the “Update List” button.
If your selected products do not appear. Please contact Party Time Rental at 317-536-2022.
